Fit is 55 percent the work you already do, 35 percent how you approached the scenarios, and 10 percent your years and industry. The recommendation weighs fit at 40 percent, then career upside, how much of your work carries over, how realistic the jump is, and whether we can actually train you for it today. The weights are set by hand. They are judgments, not measurements, and we would rather tell you that than dress them up.
